Delete Your Account

You can delete your ProgressCove account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open ProgressCove and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm through the three-step prompt.

Your account is closed immediately, and your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Request deletion if you can't access the app

If you no longer have access to the app, send us a deletion request below using the email associated with your account. We will verify the request and process the deletion within 30 days.

Request received — we'll process your deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account information — email, display name, and date of birth.
• All of your tasks, projects, tags, notes, and reminders.
• Any linked or offline member accounts you created.
• Your preferences and settings.

This action cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, you can export it from Settings → Export your data before deleting.

Data we may retain

We do not keep your personal content after deletion. We may retain a minimal, anonymized record where required to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations — never your tasks or personal content.
